So, my sacrum held for a week. Now it is out again. Lame.
I'm disappointed but fully functional, so that's something. It could be much, much, worse--a fact I am aware of, and grateful that it isn't so.
And hey, at least I don't have tuberculosis...
I'm sorry it didn't last very long for you. Do your PTs use "cranio-sacral" and muscle memory treatment methods? My dad is an Osteopath and he does wonders for out-of-whack stuff. Remember John Rhodes? He does cranio-sacral stuff too. I don't know if your ligament problem is covered by these kinds of treatments but it might be worth investigating. I do hope you find a permanent fix. Hang in there.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I will pray.
ReplyDeleteThanks Judi! I actually went to John Rhodes several times before we moved from AZ...before I even knew that my sacrum was the root problem. I think I've been thru cranio-sacral stuff...is that mobilizations, and muscle energy techniques and whatnot? Pretty much anything manual, I've had done to me.
